With In-Store Radio’s new WebRadio solution all you do is plug it in to the Internet and we do the rest!  You’ll get the most exciting music that your shoppers already know and love as well as being able to tell them about all of the great things your Goodwill is doing for their community!

You choose the style of music, the number of ads, and how often your ads will be heard!  Plus, with WebRadio, you can change your ads AT ANY TIME!  Now you can create ads specifically for last minute events, such as Color tag sales or clearances and feel confident that your shoppers will know about them as they are happening!!

Slow Network Speeds are not a problem!

The WebRadio uses a fraction of the the bandwidth of old-fashioned dial-up! Your show streams over the Internet at 32kbps, but, in some networks, even that is too fast! The WebRadio V2 has aproprietary SD memory chip which allws the unit to save up to 12 HOURS of music in memory. The WebRadio will even automatically connect to our servers when your store closes at night, download 12 hours of music, and then automatically disconnects when your store opens leaving your network free to handle your business all day long!

PORTLAND’S GOODWILL GETS IN-STORE RADIO (ISR) IN ALL 37 OF ITS RETAIL LOCATIONS!

Goodwill Industries of the Columbia-Willamette in Portland, OR, the largest Retail Goodwill in the world, signed up for ISR effective July 1.  However, they were so excited to get their message to their shoppers that they installed the service one week early in their Flagship Superstore located next to their headquarters in downtown Portland.  Edd Humburg, career retail manager who has managed that location for more than 10 years had this to say…

“Hello Brian,

Our new Goodwill Radio is absolutely fantastic! Our customers and employees are singing in the aisles!  The ads are top-rate, the selection is perfect and it is the best in-store I’ve heard anywhere!  The only complaint I have is that I keep getting paged to the front so customers can personally compliment me for the music.  I’ve been paged forward at least 6 times since yesterday!  This doesn’t count the customers I run into as I walk through the store.  It’s amazing! 
My employees are happy, in Production, and I think it has enhanced the work environment.

GOODWILL OF THE HEARTLAND GETS ISR!

            Goodwill Industries of the Heatland installed ISR in two of its 11 locations on June 1^st, 2006!  Leanne Sommers, VP Communications and Marketing had this to say…

“Brian,

Here is the latest update from our world.  I got all the new information loaded on my extra iPod Shuffles.  I was worried that it might challenge me to the point that I would pull out all my hair, but my worry was for naught.  The CD version worked well. The volume on the commercials sounds great!

Our VP of Retail hinted that he might like us to expand to more stores, sooner rather than later.  A manager of a Goodwill Store that is not one of our two “guinea pig” stores heard it, and wants it NOW!”
